- Services for Individuals with Disabilities
- Women’s Health Services
There is no cost for tabling at Project Homeless Connect Buffalo.
If you are interested in providing these or any other services that could benefit homeless or at-risk clients you can register online or email your contact information, agency information, what services you will provide a the event, and if any special accommodations are needed by Friday, September 27th 2019.
Important Event Details
On the day of the event, please enter through the front doors of the Buffalo Convention Center located on Franklin Street. All service providers should report to Service Provider Registration, located on the right side of the lobby, where you will receive event information and table assignments for the day.
Schedule: Service Providers should plan on arriving at the Convention Center between 9:00am and 9:30am to allow time for registration and set-up. The event will be open to the public from 10:00am to 4:00pm. All agencies should plan on staffing their table for the entire duration of the event to ensure clients have an opportunity to benefit from your agencies’ services.
Boxed Lunches will be provided to all services providers. We anticipate lunches will include a ham or turkey sandwich, potato chips, fruit, cookies and bottled water. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or make other eating arrangements.
Please leave any non-essentials at home we will have a volunteer and service provider break room but it will not be locked. Please bring only what you can hold/carry on your person. Any items left are at your own risk.
Transportation and Parking: There are multiple parking ramps and lots near and around the Buffalo Convention Center. Unfortunately, PHC Buffalo is unable to reimburse for any cost associated with parking on the day of the event.
The Buffalo Convention Center can also be reached via the Metro Rail Downtown. The closest stops are “Franklin and Mohawk” and “Franklin and Court”.
